As Human Resources Manager, Marisol oversees recruiting and hiring, payroll, employee relations, and employee engagement for Midwest Security Forces. Marisol also works closely with the Midwest Operations Team to assist in providing the right person for each open position. Marisol has 17 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager and has knowledge in talent acquisition and retention, benefit administration, compensation analyzation, HRIS, and employment law.
Marisol obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from DeVry University in Tinley Park, IL and her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School in Merrillville, IN.
When not at work, Marisol enjoys time with her husband, 3 kids, and dog Simba. She enjoys going to White Sox games, TopGolf, and watching Bears games in the fall.
