ADP’s benefit to our clients is in its accountability of accurate timeclock and location management with geofenced client locations. Together this keeps our professional officers happy and engaged, which means the focus is on your security while they are on duty.

We have partnered with AZUGA to provide real-time GPS tracking capabilities to our fleet. This option furthers our accountability for our mobile patrol units to be at a client site when and where they are supposed to be, that traffic laws are being followed, and that patrol officers are operating the vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. AZUGA fully integrates with our fleet fuel accounts and alerts our maintenance team of any maintenance related issues that arise, saving time and money.

Our partnership with Lighthouse allows real-time reporting for your contracted officers without the bulk, cost, and pain of traditional handwritten paper reports. Officers can attach photographs and videos directly to the reports, so you know exactly what is happening at your site as soon as it is reported. Gone are the days of the old guard wand systems as Lighthouse can tag NFC, QR codes, or Bluetooth beacons and log the GPS when these scans are entered into the system for accurate accounting of when, where, and what your contracted officers are doing. Midwest Security Forces has a long-standing relationship with Vector Solutions (formerly Target Solutions) which hosts an extensive library of training programs and courses related to the security industry. Officers can login to the web portal, take, and get certified, in many courses of instruction ranging from customer service to terrorism awareness, to first aid. Midwest also utilizes this solution to create custom training courses that can be completed online by our officers at a set pace, with proof of completion and understanding through testing and evaluations.
