Aaron joined the Midwest team in 2023 as Vice President of Operations. Aaron brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience in both the military and private healthcare sectors. Aaron’s responsibilities at Midwest include management of day-to-day company operations and compliance, corporate account management and client relations, process improvement, special projects, and strategic planning. Aaron works closely with both our Corporate and Operations teams.
A native of Clinton, Louisiana, Aaron moved to Northwest Indiana in 2016. He holds bachelor’s degrees from both Louisiana State University and The University of Nebraska, as well as a master’s degree from The University of Nebraska. He joined the United States Army in 2000, retiring in 2021.
