Jen joined the Midwest team in 2016 as the Director of Operations & Sales. After displaying her capabilities as a leader and understanding of the business, she was promoted to Vice President of Finance and again promoted to her current role of Executive Vice President. Jen’s expertise and responsibilities for Midwest include corporate account management, developing company’s strategic goals, monitoring company performance, financial reporting and budgeting, auditing, cost containment, corporate taxes, payroll, and accounts receivable.
Jen came to Midwest from Abbott Laboratories, where she worked in sales and acted as the sales trainer in the pediatric nutrition division for several years.
Jen obtained her BS in Sales from Purdue University and her MBA from the University of Houston, where she was also a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success. Jen serves on various committees and has sat on multiple boards.
