KEITH REVETER
KEITH REVETERDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Keith joined the Midwest team in 2014 as a first-line supervisor, assigned to various details. Keith quickly began promoting through the organization and has held positions as a Site Supervisor and a District Commander, before being promoted to his current position as Director of Operations. Keith’s current responsibilities for the company include the oversight day to day company operations and compliance, field operations and management, procedure development, client relations and among others . Keith excels at employee relationships and operational support for Exceptional Client/Customer Service.  Keith has developed a close relationship with Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement Officers to ensure clients are provided great security services on a daily basis.

Keith has more than 29 years in Corrections/Law Enforcement and National Security, 19 years in Corrections with numerous years in Leadership, was a member of the K-9 and Tactical Team, Mentoring Program for New Hires, Interview Board and Security Threat Group Team, Homeland Security Certification and also received Officer of the Month, Supervisor of the Year twice and many other required functions prior to joining the Midwest Team. Prior to his career Keith attended Vincennes and Indiana-Purdue University in Ft. Wayne where studied Criminal Justice/Computer Science.

Keith has extensive training and education in Executive and Personal Protection, Firearms, K-9 Obedience, Handler Protection, Narcotics Detection and Lost Person/Suspect Tracking and is also trained in Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation Techniques. Keith is also the current Indiana Slowpitch UIC (Umpire-in-Chief) for the National Softball Association. 12 Years as a League Softball Director/UIC for the Portage Parks and Recreation Dept. and Hidden Lake Park (Merrillville, IN) and also received Umpire of the Year twice for Indiana NSA. Keith also has played Slow Pitch Softball throughout the country since 1994 prior to his current umpire career, 2023 Indiana Hall of Fame Inductee for the Indiana National Softball Association (NSA).
