Jeff joined the Midwest team in 2010 as a first-line supervisor, assigned to various details. Jeff quickly began promoting through the organization and has held positions as a Site Supervisor and a District Commander, before being promoted to his current position as Operations Manager. Jeff’s current responsibilities for the company include the oversight of field operations and management, procedure development, contract training, client relationships, and management of corporate fleet operations, among others. Jeff excels at employee relationships and operational support for service delivery.
Jeff spent more than 13 years in loss prevention and asset protection management with a large, big box retailer, where he honed his skills in security operations and investigation management functions prior to joining the Midwest team.
Jeff has extensive training and education in retail loss prevention processes and investigations, internal and external theft and fraud investigations, and is trained in Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation Techniques. He is also a certified massage therapist.
